Das Kunst-Taxi ist ein außen und innen umgestalteter Kombi. Das Chassis ist liebevoll verziert, die Sitzbezüge sind handbedruckt und selbst die Fahrzeuginnendecke ist ausgeschmückt. Anstelle des Beifahrersitzes eingebaut befindet sich ein kleines Hängesystem, das in Mappen Originale ausgesuchter Künstler/innen im handlichen Format enthält. Diese Arbeiten kann der Kunstinteressierte betrachten und erwerben. Desweiteren kann der Besucher einen in limitierter Auflage erstellten Kunstdruck erstehen, der auch einen Fahrschein für das Kunst-Taxi darstellt.
Wie gewohnt von Spinglers und Kopps Installationen der letzten beiden Jahre auf der UND, der „kuschelpop-Reisen“ –Theke und dem Naturkundemuseum, lassen die beiden Künstlerinnen auch bei dieser fahrbaren Skulptur ihrer Detailfreude und vielsinnigen Arbeitsweise freien Lauf. Es gibt viel zu entdecken.

The art cab is a mobile galery which creates networks in the art scene and on the other hand appears as a platform for artists. For the visitor it offers an unusual way of moving through the art scene.
The art cab is a designed station wagon: on the outside you find a pattern which attracts interest and inside you find handprinted upholstery. On the ceiling of the car there are soap bubbles with all the museums one dreams of the have an exhibition at. At the seat of the front-seat passenger there is small sized art work - available for buying - presented in folders, so the visitor can sit on the back seat and have a closer look at it while driving through the city. For taking a ride with the cab you buy a limited edition of linolprints by Evelyn Kopp and Juliane Spingler and may use it as a ticket.
